Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry
Serves 4
- McCaughey Foods Sliced Beef, cut into strips
- 2 nests egg noodles
- 1 head of broccoli florets, cut into small florets
- 100g mushroom, sliced
- 1 onion, Thinly Sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
- Salt and pepper
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 1tbsp sesame seed oil
Method
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain, rinse and set aside.
- Parboil broccoli florets, mix the ingredients for the sauce together in a small bowl.
- Heat the olive oil and sesame seed oil in a wok until very hot, add the onions and garlic, stir fry for 2 minutes, add the mushrooms and broccoli and stir fry until vegetables are tender, 2-4 minutes. Add the beef strips, noodles and sauce to the wok, gently stirring until well coated and hot. Lightly season and serve.
